30 THINGS IN 30 DAYS CHALLENGE: DAY 2
Like I said on Day 1, picking just one movie as a favourite is almost impossible. It’d be easier if the question is, Your Favourite P. Ramlee Movie, then without hesitation aku boleh jawab the Bujang Lapok trilogies. Sudin – Ramlee – Ajis trio crack me up all the time. Or Your Favourite Malay Rom-Com; no prize for guessing lah, Ali Setan, dulu kini selamanya. Aku hafal skrip Ali Setan, harap maklum. Atau kalau Favourite Book Adaptation Movie, tanpa berfikir aku akan jawab The Notebook, originally written by Nicholas Sparks. The book was sappy beyond words even a hopeless romantic macam akupun tak boleh tahan. But the movie, oh the movie is on a whole different level. Terlalu lazat. And of course it helps that Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams adalah dua manusia teramat gorgeous. Grrr. Baiklah jawab soalan sekarang.
I don't know if I can say it is my ultimate favourite but one movie that touched me and left a lasting mark in my heart has got to be ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND.

Tahu tak the kind of movies yang the more you think about it and the more it replays in your head, the better it gets. That is exactly how the movie is for me. Starring Jim Carrey and Kate Winslet, the movie title is taken from the poem Eloisa to Abelard by Alexander Pope on a story of a tragic love affair. In a way, I think the movie is a tragic love story of its own.
Dark and wildly imaginative, awesomely clever and thoroughly heartfelt; the movie is a must watch! Carrey at his best, in my humble opinion.

Somehow dah agak Kak Yanti mesti pilih Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Haha.
I remember dulu Kak Yanti pernah tulis about this movie. Heh.

dah banyak kali cuba nk tonton dgn carik dvd (sebab semua org pun kata best kan).. Tapi x jumpa dvd. kecewa.
