simply didn't know where to go shopping” - Bo Derek
It just dawned on me that I’ve been waking up at 4.30 a.m. every morning this Ramadan. OK I actually bangun beberapa kali sebelum that 4.30 to feed my baby tapi 4.30 is when I bangun dan tak tidur semula. Cuma one or two occasion saja I did sleep after Subuh.
I used to really like to tidur after Subuh but nowadays rasa rugi sebab I get to do so many things before my baby wakes up. For instance today, I woke up at 4.30 to feed him, then I had my sahur and watched Nur Kasih while at that. Did laundry, folded and ironed baju, kemas dapur and sapu rumah, bungkus packages to be sent out to Ibu and Ayin (Raya gifts for Kasih!), checked and replied personal emails, and perfected my order from Ralph Lauren via Melissa’s Wardrobe.
Who or what is Melissa’s Wardrobe? This is where you go to when one day you wake up and say to yourself, “I want to spend my hard-earned money on something expensive for my child!” Hahaha. Well, expensive for my standard, that is. I’m supposed to be kedekut, remember? Ngeh. But apparently not so when it comes to Hadi.
How does Melissa’s Wardrobe works? You go to any websites - ralphlauren.com, gap.com – Email Kak An the moderator your link and she will provide you with the price quotation (in RM together with the shipping cost and tax), confirm your order via email, remit payment to her account and wait impatiently for your goods to arrive. Basically, a personal shopper for you.
Interested? You have until today to order stuffs from Ralph Lauren, and goods will insyaAllah be received before Raya (I don’t know why I’m promoting Melissa’s Wardrobe, maybe because I like the idea of online personal shopper and yes, Kak An the moderator is really nice)
Ralph Lauren is on sale, y’all!
Look at these cute top and bottom sets. I was rambang mata, but of course I only pandang yang on sale saja. Tak mampu, beb. Kalau on sale, barulah mampu jeling.
Kalau girls, lagilah spoiled with choices. Terlalu comel!
I wanted to purchase some Baby Gap rompers, also on sale (like I tweeted yesterday, I saw Hadi’s romper which Hubby bought in Baby Gap for RM70 selling at only USD9.99. Pfffft!) Tapi kalau Gap, dapat after raya, so next time lah, bila ada keinginan nak membazir duit lagi.
I ordered this for Hadi. Baju raya! On sale, of course. I hope it is as kacak bergaya as it looks.
Online shopping is dangerous! Nasib baik aku jenis kedekut, lalu dapat kawal diri. Sudah, sudah, jangan membazir selalu sangat. Ingat sikit orang kat Pakistan, Gaza, sana sini yang tak dapat makan. Lepas ni, Hadi, kita cari baju raya yang on sale saja di Metrojaya, Jaya Jusco and maybe Sogo. Atau kita online shopping beli Nissen rompers yang comel-comel dari Jepun. Hehe. Macam betullah apa semua orang kata tentang bila dah ada anak, memang tak kisah sangat nak beli baju raya sendiri, memang tak kisah nak spend a tad more lavishly on them.
How did an entry about tak tidur after Subuh tiba-tiba menjadi promotion for Melissa’s Wardrobe?
Anyways, I hope my baby will behave well today macam semalam. His Tok told me dia baik and ceria saja all day long, despite tak ada elektrik from 10 to 4 due to kerja-kerja TNB, kemudian he did not throw tantrum on the way back home and sat quietly layan diri in his car seat (usually kalau jem, dia buat perangai sikit sebab dia suka kereta bergerak), he teman me berbuka - duduk diam and watch TV (err, Two and A Half Men, boleh?) in his Bumbo seat and terus tidur at 9 something after puas mengempeng. That’s my boy!
OK Hadi, malam ini will be another night without our favourite guy, please behave yourself and be good to Mama, will you? Kalau good boy, Mama upah mengempeng! Hah!
Oh and yes, please be reminded: you have until today untuk terjebak ;)
