I got myself a pweety pweety sandal yesterday. I like I like I like. I could have went home with two cute sandals though. *Sob* The cutest one with real cute jeans ribbon tade my size. Will definitely cari lagi kat other stores soon *grin*

I hate it when we fight. Even more if it is over stupid, laughable matters. Bleurgh. The making up bit is fun though. Teehee :P

Jas told me this. Our fren, Farah Ayu was robbed the other day. It is really not safe. Was so cautious with my purse mase kat KL semalam. Ladies, always be cautious. Do not trust people easily. A paranoid I am, but better paranoid than hurt/robbed/raped/murdered.. kan kan?

On lighter note, I bought Where The Heart Is by Billie Letts. The book is listed in OPRAH'S Book Club.. and I got it for only RM9.60 from Pay Less Bookshop. [miskin. takleh shop kat Kinokuniya. Mwahehe] A real good bargain. Am reading it, and am liking it.

I watched Con Air for the 1st time today. [well, technically, yesterday][lambat tak?! Teehee. I am ketinggalan 7 tahun]

I feel so guilty about being ungrateful yesterday. It was merely a passing statement. Really.

This is why: Remember the homeless girl Oprah previously featured in her show? I watched that particular show at Dod's. She was homeless then, but thru Oprah, she got a full scholarship to study at a university of her choice, a brand new car, a fully furnished apartment, and a shopping voucher worth $10 K. Aah, the spirit of giving.

Today, Oprah showed the girl's after-the-show life. Man, I feel so guilty. She seemed overjoyed to have a place she can call home. So happy to have a dining place because according to her, only rich ppl have dining tables. And even happier to have her own 1st bath robe and clean towels.

Bad bad me. I am so thankful for everything that I am blessed with. And for everything that I do not have, I'm sure they will come by my way someday :P [nak jugak tu! Teehee]

I made a caramel pudding today. Yum. It turned out well. I hope it will taste as good too. For buke pose today, we are having kari ikan bawal, udang goreng kunyit, sambal tempe+ikan bilis, sup sayur campur, murtabak pak din, ayam percik, and the pudding. Nyam nyam nyam.

Tomorrow will not be so boring anymore I guess. Will be starting my kuih raya baking spree. This year, we have 5 cookies in our mind: Cornflakes, Suji, Mazola, Kacang, Butter and my fave, Tart Nenas.

Jas told me to be creative with my time. I have loads of them, with nothing to do, and I hate being idle [err, occasionally]. Well okay, Jas' time is occupied with going out with her beau. My house is too far out [yes Izyan, do not move down here, kalau tidak, kau akan menyesal], and my man is too far away. Where does that left me then? Whining in my blog. Teehee.

Sure I love holidays. I mean, who doesn't? I just want something meaningful to do. Should I find a job? Lagi sebulan nak reg for Hons. Daud suggested me to read a book, or write one. Huh. Maybe I should go out. Lazy me!!! What shall I do then? Bleurgh.

My adorable boifren is finally buying a cell phone. Yeay. Memule tanak beli sgt tahap PMS [as he put it: periodical mood swing], and now, he intends to buy a canggih one, Nokia 6820. I thought the phone looks like a robot. Teehee. Comel la tapi. With intergrated digicam [i.e. camera and video cam], and a keyboard [feature that he was looking for]. Well, my Nokia 3200 will undeniably feel inferior beside his phone. Go buy, Sayang. Yeay.

Beyonce was just named the sexiest woman in music by Channel V. Among others in the list are Christina, Britney the doll, the ever so pretty Shakira, Janet 'malfunction' Jackson, Madonna who is described as to be able to turn a straight woman lesbian, and a gay man straight [teehee] etc etc. Is Madonna that sexy? Uh-uh. I think Carmen Electra is.

While we're on this topic.. I asked my bro the other day: "Adik rase sape lawa?" The answer given by my irritatingly funny 18 years old bro: Tara Reid is 1st on his list, with that husky cute voice. Liz Parker from Roswell who recently was featured in Gavin's music video for his hit I Don't Wanna Be. Jamie from For Love Or Money 2 who was kicked out last week. Neve Campbell. And of course, his girlfriend. My bro, a sweetheart. Yucks!

Anwar called me yesterday and asked whether nak involve or tak with Mooting competition. Yippee I love mooting. But am not joining as a mooter, definitely. Jadi researcher for the team. [Sape nak jadi mooter, UiTM law student, go get urself auditioned, next week kot]. A bored Malaysian I am, I answered yes almost immediately.. only to know later [Daud told me, and he'll be joining as well], that all the work will start on Disember. Cheh lambatnye lagi. Classes pon dah start. Bole cope ke? Tapi mooting best. We had mooting course in Part 4. Sure, banyak sgt work loads, but I like it. Nak la.

Hmm. Another day to be wasted. Teehee. Shame on me.

Dry-As-Dust Ranting

I have not been doing anything interesting lately. My television is my bestest fren and if u luv me, please oh please do not take my tv away from me or I will undoubtedly be suicidal.

I am officially the most bored person on earth. So bored I am that I can't wait to start school again. Yes, that bored.

At least Far has her niece Qistina for her to play make-believe with. Suddenly I want a baby too. I want a really cute little baby girl with pink chubby cheek and I want to squeeze her. Nyam nyam. Oo noooo, I want to go shopping!!!!

Ibu had already allocated our raya shopping allowance. My bro wants to buy a new handphone instead [yes, that Reza yang suke lalala kat my taggie. Nyebok]. I want a lot of things. I want a new, black, pretty high heels. I want a cute handbag. I desperately want a lot of story books. Somebody please give me more money [bear with me, I'm being ungrateful here]. I'm just a girl, with too many needs to handle. Teehee :P

Did I mention I love Oprah? I watch her show at least twice a day, and sometimes 3 times. Yeay. I really like the latest sweatsuits line from Juicy Couture [comfortable & sexy, really juicy *drool*] featured in Oprah this morning. There. More lust. Teehee.

I like Missmatch. Alicia Silverstone is really pretty. And that leading guy.. whoa he's cute. In his own way. I'm addicted to Meteor Garden II as well. Can Lei be any cuter? *Drool* Teehee.

Far and I discovered something yesterday: We bring out the peculiar behaviours in each other. We certainly do, my dear :-) And Far is not around. I miss my peculiar behaviours. I certainly miss Far too.

My man got his one-year-extension approval from Telekom. Congrats, Sayang. He wants to do another major. In Maths. And he currently is crazily pursuing 2 degrees olredi: Physics & Philosophy. Yes, he is one mad man. And I love him for that. Teehee.

This morning, I got to see Oprah's not-so-nice side on her 5-6 am show. She reinvited a woman she once invited for a review. This pretty woman, in her 50s, used to be a public high school guidance counsellor, who was later terminated from her job for posing nude for an XXX magazine. She did that because in her 50s, she needs validation for her self esteem. I do believe what she did is wrong. Dahla die kaunselor. If a counsellor could be lack of common sense camtu, camne yang lain? There are much better things to do to get validation. Then again, I do not know what it feels to be 50 kan. Oprah said that the nude photos is not the crucial matter here. What matters is how she responded to her inner need of self esteem. And how she ignored the little voice inside her not to do such thing. Oprah's words this morning is as always, remarkable. But what shocked me was her then reaction to the photos. She went like "Yuck yuck. Eurgh, Yuck". And more, she showed the pix to her audience, without the poor woman's permission. That is not so nice. Mase tu rase Oprah macam exploit hidup org lain for juicy stories. And the poor woman pun kata, what made her angry was not the way Oprah scolded and attacked her, but Oprah's reaction to the photos. She could have be more considerate. I think so too. Cut that poor woman some slack. She must be suffering some kind of mental infirmities [I mean, why else would a guidance counsellor do that kan?] Let her rehabilitate. Takyahla humiliate die lagi kan. Nevertheless, Oprah was very genuine and sincere. I still think what Oprah did was not so nice, tapi takpela, you still are my hero, Oprah Winfrey! :P

Are We Safe?

I watched Oprah yesterday and temanya ialah Terrorism and children. Attack on the Russian school, where the terrorists held hostage and kidnapped the mothers and their children. What happened to the unwritten rule of war: Thou shall not harm women and children?! Then again, these are terrorists we are talking about. Over 100 kids died. Kesiannye. They are innocent. Kenapa? That particular town will never ever be the same again. Sume org mesti traumatised gile. Huwaa kesiannye!!!

And ooh what's up with the Muslim terrorrists who bombed Indonesia recently? Apa perjuangan mereka? They killed saudara sebangsa, seagama! Statement apa yang mereka cuba lakukan. That's not how Islam does it. Rasulullah sentiasa berada dalam keadaan defensive in war, i.e. tak menyerang tanpa sebab. Where did they learn their modus operandi from? And they dare call themselves Pejuang Islam. Pejuang Islam will never take the lives of innocence mcm tu.

What is it with terrorism? Sure, they want to make a statement. They want the government to stop and listen to them. And there is no better way?! Masukla politik. Memangla lambat sikit impact nye. Tapi at least dunia akan aman. What do they get from launching acts of terrorism macam bombing and kidnapping innocence ni. Sha'run is rambut in Arabic.] See Asril. Jangan caya Anwar tu. Tgk tak sampai 2 saat, dari luar lak tu, sebok nak kutuk umah orang. Huh. Sebagai penggile rumah sendiri, kami amat offended. Hehehe. Xm is over. Skool is over. Degree is over [insyaAllah]. Alhamdulillah xm is over. Alhamdulillah most of my girls got the offer for Honours program for next semester. Register November ni. 3 of my beloved friends belom dapat though. Nanti appeal eh, sayang2ku. Am akan doakan. InsyaAllah.

Yesterday we went buke pose ramai2 kat Chicken Hartz Restaurant, Pyramid. Buffet does not work for me. Gile rugi. Kapasiti perut saya kecil. Heh. Anyhow, the foods were delicious. An ayam addict I am. Balik, the girls stay kat our house, we played Play Station sampai pagi. Gile bes. Gile bising. The best game: Forbidden Siren. Sgt3 bes. Altho asek failed je mission [I suck at strategy game], tapi sgt bes adrenaline rush yang dihadapi. Heh. Me tido paling lambat kol 4.30 pagi main Sims. Huwaa addictivenye!!! Pastu sgt ngantuk skrg. Huh. It was fun, girls! Happy holiday! Have fun! Miss you girls already!!!

I am writing this while listening to a song entitled Puteri, which is composed and written by a friend of mine. He wrote this song and told me that it is based and inspired by me [sweet gile tak?], dan sekarang, hasilnya telah dapat didengari dalam bentuk lagu sebenar di music page di Myspace.com. Well buddy, the lyrics are so so sweet, and the song is very well composed and very beautifully sang.
